TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Thank you for your interest in our “Monthly Prize Draw and Grand Prize Draw Campaign” (the "Promotion"). These are the terms and conditions (the "Terms and Conditions") for the Promotion. Entry/claim instructions form part of the Terms and Conditions and by entering this Promotion, each entrant will be deemed to have accepted and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, so please read the following carefully. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.

The "Promoter" is LG Electronics UK whose registered address is Velocity 2, Brooklands Drive, Weybridge, KT13 0SL. The Promoter has engaged the services of CSM Sport and Entertainment LLP (company number OC368517) and Greenroom Digital Ltd (company number 11337598) to assist with the running of this Promotion, the collection and management of data, and the selection of the winners (“Data Processors”/ “Agents”).

Eligibility and Entry

1. The Promotion is open to anyone EXCEPT the following who are not eligible to enter: employees, consultants, contractors or agents of the Promoter or any of its affiliates, their families, or anyone else professionally associated with the Promotion (including the Data Processors). For the purpose of these Terms and Conditions, “Affiliate” shall mean any company forming part of LG.

2. Entrants must be 18 years or over for the monthly prize draw referred to in clause 4a(below).

3. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this Promotion.

4. The Promotion consists of the following prize draws (each a “Prize Draw”):

a) 6 Prize Draws, one for each month from June 2023 to December 2023 (inclusive) – prizes vary each month (detailed within the table at clause 14 below); and

5. The opening date and time (“Opening Date”) and closing date and time (“Closing Date”) of:

a). each monthly Prize Draw is as set out in the table in clause 14 below;

6. Entry to each Prize Draw is separate. By entering one Prize Draw you will not be automatically entered into another Prize Draw.

7. To enter the monthly Prize Draw each entrant will need to submit the information required in the online entry form and confirm their personal data use preferences. The online entry form may be found at http://www.lgpartnerships.com/lg/en/landing

8. For each monthly Prize Draw there is a maximum of 1 entry per person or 11 entries for each person who completes the survey. The link to the survey is as follows http://www.lgpartnerships.com/lg/en/survey.

9. The Promoter will not accept entries that are: (a) automatically generated by computer; (b) completed by third parties or in bulk; (c) illegible, have been altered, reconstructed, forged or tampered with; (d) incomplete; (e) on behalf of another person; or (f) joint submissions. If the Promoter discovers or has reasonable grounds to believe that you have breached these Terms and Conditions, the Promoter may disqualify you.

10. Entries received before the Opening Date or after the Closing Date for the applicable (monthly)Prize Draw (as detailed within the table below) will not be accepted.

11. The Promoter and/or its Agents do not accept any responsibility whatsoever for any technical failure, regardless of cause, including, for example, equipment failure, network, server, computer hardware, the entrant’s social media privacy settings or software failure of any kind which may restrict, delay or prevent the sending or receipt of your entry.

12. The Promoter and/or its Agents do not accept any responsibility for entries not received for whatever reason.

13. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to award a prize to anyone in breach of these Terms and Conditions. If the Promoter has grounds to suspect any entrant or third party of cheating, deception or fraudulent or unsportsmanlike-like conduct of any kind (including, without limitation, manipulating any entry) the Promoter reserves the right (in its sole discretion) to disqualify any entrant, entry or person it reasonably believes to be responsible for, or associated with, such activity.
